An internationally acclaimed spiritual leader from India, His Holiness Mahabrahmrishi Shree Kumar Swami Ji and his organization BSLND have blossomed into a ray of hope for millions across the world, providing astute remedies to humankind’s struggle to overcome its various medical, psychological and socio-economic ailments. Born on January 22, 1954 to a peasant family in Srikaranpur, Rajasthan as Kundan Lal, he had a deep thirst to understand the meaning of life. He was a gifted healer and went deep into the study of ancient texts. During his stint as a physician, he went on to become one of the greatest Ayurvedic physicians of his time before eventually giving up his illustrious career in quest for spiritual growth, embarking on a spiritual journey with hopes for finding a solution for redeeming mankind from all its struggles. After years of struggle and exploration, he attained the desired experiential knowledge encoded in ancient scriptures and established the spiritual organization BSLND in 2002 to accelerate the process of sharing this potent knowledge to uplift humanity from all its existing struggles. Till date, more than 500 million people encompassing all faiths and religions all across the world have embraced this knowledge and benefitted from it.

A qualified Ayurvedacharya from Sampurnanand Sanskrit University, earning the designation of Ayurved Ratna as well as Vaidya Visharad Ratna from Hindi University of Allahabad in 1980, he played a prominent role in promoting Ayurveda and Unani Systems of Medicine in India long before the establishment of Ministry of AYUSH. He was a chief member of ISM (Indian Systems of Medicine) Advisory Committee established in 2001 under the supervision of Government of Delhi. He was felicitated by A. Ramadoss during his tenure as the Union Health Minister and served as a personal physician to various elite bureaucrats of India, with the following prominent accolades to his name:

• Presented with All India Hakim Ajmal Khan Award in 1999
• Presented with National Health Excellence Award in 2000 by Sh. Suresh Prabhu during his tenure as the Union Minister for Chemicals and Fertilizers, Govt. of India
• Presented with Dhanwantari Award in 2002 by Ch. Prem Singh during his tenure as the Speaker of Delhi Legislative Assembly

• 2000 – ‘Bharatiya Vikas Rattan Award’ by Sh. Rajnath Singh during his tenure as the Union Minister for Transport
• 2001 – ‘Bharatiya Vikas Rattan Award’ by Dr. Bachi Singh Rawat during his tenure as Union Minister of State Science & Technology
• ‘Smt Aruna Asaf Ali Award’ by Dr. Bachi Singh Rawat during his tenure as Union Minister of State Science & Technology
• Dr Rajendra Prasad Memorial Award by Smt. Sheila Dikshit, during her tenure as the Chief Minister of Delhi

• April 24, 2010 – conferred the title of ‘Mahamandaleshwar’ by saints of 13 Akharas of India
• April 29, 2011 – declared as ‘Brahmrishi Shree Kumar Swami Day’ in New York State, US
• May 2, 2011 – An unopposed resolution was passed in the New York State Senate in his honor, citing him as ‘an inspiration behind medical research being done to bridge the gap between Easter and Western Medicine’
• 15 Nov, 2011 – presented with ‘Ambassador of Peace’ award in UK House of Commons
• Sept 29, 2013 – presented with ‘Ambassador of Peace’ award by the Senate and General Assembly, State of New Jersey, US
• October 27, 2013 – presented with ‘Angel of Humanity’ award by the Prime Minister and President of Mauritius
• December 7, 2016 – Designated as the National Vice President of Bharat Sadhu Samaj – the biggest conglomerate of saints in India by Shankaracharya Swami Swaroopanand Saraswati
• October 30, 2017 – Presented with Guinness World Record for the most people washing hair simultaneously as part of treatment of incurable dandruff fungal infection
